2016高考英語作文預測及范文：二胎時代

“我不喜歡弟弟或妹妹，因為那樣爸爸媽媽就不會再愛我……”最近上網總能看到類似于二胎這樣的話題。這個政策是去年新頒布的，瞬間引起了社會各界的更關注，它已成為我們備考高考作文的話題之一。

此政策在網絡和微信上引發(fā)了熱議(become a sensation on the Internet and We Chat)。不少網友認為"00后"(children born after 2000)太自私，即使是同意父母生二胎的孩子，在有了弟弟妹妹后脾氣也會變壞。但也有不少人認為，這僅僅是教育方式的問題而已(the problem lies in education)。如青島一所小學的一群四年級學生日前成立了"反弟弟妹妹聯(lián)盟"，說服父母不要生二胎。(A group of fourth-graders at an elementary school in Qingdao formed an "anti-siblings alliance" in an effort to persuade their parents not to have a second child.)該校一名老師最近發(fā)現(xiàn)，班里有八個孩子常聚在一起竊竊私語，討論這件事(hold secret meetings to discuss the issue)。這些學生擔心弟弟妹妹會分走自己獨享的父母寵愛(steal their parents' exclusive love)。

有話題就會有相關詞匯，這就要求大家在平常的學習中多多積累，這樣到用了時候心中自然就有丘壑。同時也可以擴充相關詞匯，如：流動人口mobile population；獨生子女家庭only child family；生育時間表birth time schedule；備孕plan for pregnancy。

二胎政策實施過程中，也給社會帶來了一定的影響。這一部分探討也可以作為作文的寫作素材。如全面二孩政策(universal two-child policy)出臺后，中國內地主要城市三居室或四居室的大戶型房子(large three or four-bedroom homes)銷量攀升。北京和上海等城市的很多夫婦正在搜尋居住環(huán)境更佳的大房子(hunt for larger homes with a better environment)，為家里添丁加口早做準備。據(jù)估計，新的生育政策將使未來5年內多增加1700萬新生兒(extra 17m babies being born within the next five years)。
 

二胎政策應不應該? Is it Necessary for Two-child Policy?

China is a great country with the largest population in the world. In order to solve the population problem, our government decides to implemented one-child policy. When it is carried out for some time, many people not only see its advantages but also disadvantages. Thus, people argue that two-child policy should be put into effect. In my opinion, two-child policy should be carried out.

中國是一個人口大國。為了解決人口問題，我國政府決定實施獨生子女政策。執(zhí)行一段時間后，許多人不僅看到了這個政策的優(yōu)點還有缺點。因此，人們開始推崇二胎政策。在我看來，二胎政策是應該實施的。

First of all, two-child policy is the gift for some only child. For some families, maybe the parents are only child and they also can have only child. Put aside the loneliness of their child, when their child grows up and they grow older, their child marry with an only child girl accidentally, the burden on their child and his wife is unimaginable heavy. Their child and his wife have to take care of two old couples. Usually, a young couple looking after an old couple is a little difficult; if the pressure increasing twice, how can they stand it. But if their parents have two children, they can share the burden of taking care of their parents. It would be much better.

首先，二胎政策對于一些獨生子女來說是天賜的禮物。對于一些家庭來說，也許父母都是獨生子女，而他們也只生一個孩子。拋開孩子的孤獨不說，當他們的孩子長大了，而他們也變老了，他們的孩子又和一個獨生子女結婚，這樣的話,壓在他們孩子和孩子妻子肩上的壓力是不可想象的。他們的孩子和他的妻子不得不照顧兩對老人。通常，一對年輕的夫婦照顧一對老人就有點難了；如果壓力增加了一倍，他們怎么能忍受呢。但是如果他們的父母有兩個孩子，他們就能分享照顧父母的壓力。這樣會比較好。

Secondly, two-child policy can guarantee the number of Chinese population. As the widely spread of one-child policy, some people have changed their conception about giving birth. If they firmly believe one-child policy, there will be more and more the dink. After several decades, our country will famous for lack of population.

其次，二胎政策可以確保中國的人口數(shù)量。由于廣泛宣傳獨生子女政策，有些人已經改變了他們的生育觀念。如果他們認同獨生子女政策，就會有越老越多的丁克族。幾十年后，我國就會以人口短缺而著名了。
